With a clear and bright appearance this sweet and velvety wine is made in the famous Duoro valley of Portugal. It stands out with floral notes, citrus fruits such as orange, tangerine and lime, as well as hints of honey and caramel.

From 100% Moscatel Galego grape variety this wine is traditional vinified with intense skin maceration to extract its aromatic character. This process lasts for 3-4days until fermentation is stopped with the addition of wine spirits. This mixture is then matured in a 3-year ageing process giving its balance and complexity its famed for.
Alcoholic fermentation at 15-16Deg C.
