Caipirinha
Ingredients
60ml Cachaca 51
1 Lime
2 tablespoons Caste Sugar

Prep
Cut half the lime into 4 wedges and leave the remaining for the garnish. Muddle the wedged lime into a glass and add the sugar. Ensure you have squeezed all the lime, and you now have syrup. Pour the Cachaca 51 and top with some ice. Garnish it with some of the remaining lime.

4-5 Strawberries

Prep
Muddle some strawberries and squeeze the lime into a small glass. Pour the Velho Barreiro and top it up with some ice or if you prefer a little sugar. Enjoy!
Only The Wise
Ingredients
2oz Cachaca 51
5oz Lemon juice
5oz sage syrup
75oz pineapple juice
Seltzer or Soda water
Prep
Pour the Cachaca 5, juices and syrup into a shaker filled with ice. Shake and pour into a colin glass filled with ice. Top it with seltzer or soda water. Garnish with a leaf of pineapple.
Brazilian Sunrise

150 Fresh orange juice
25ml Grenadine
Orange Peel (garnish)

In a shaker add all the ingredients starting with the ice and Velho Barreiro. Shake and pour into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish the cocktail with a twirl of orange peel.

5ml Orange bitters

8-10 Blackberries

In a cocktail shaker add crushed ice with the Vila das Rainhas and the rest of the ingredients & shake well. Pour this into a cocktail glass and garnish with some blackberries.
