This wine is made with a grape combination of 40% Encruzado & 20% of each of the three remaining varieties. Each variety grape is separately vinified in stainless steel vats before they are bottled to give you that elegant taste.
Alcoholic fermentation at 16Deg C and bottled for minimum of 2 months.
