Grape combination of 40% Alfrocheiro, 30% Aragonez and 30% Touriga Nacional this wine is made initially destemming the grapes and then crushing with prolonged gentle maceration.
Alcoholic fermentation at 15Deg C & aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
