Your discovery with us should have the best experience of our custom and it starts when you buy any of our product/s. We will take every possible precaution to protect the products we offer, so they reach you in perfect condition. If you have changed your mind or unhappy with your unused /un-corked/ un-opened purchase, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel or return your order. Please email us on info@agcaravela.co.uk or alternatively contact us on +44 742 443 6895 and we will assist you on how to Returns. We also encourage you to please read our Terms & Conditions before any purchase.

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of BLUE SKY SOUTH GOA LIMITED’s Website, located at agcaravela.com. Our registered office address is 12A Castle Street, Reading, Berkshire. United Kingdom. RG1 7AD. Blue Sky South Goa Limited are registered in England and Wales at the Companies House with the registration number 13842899 and Wholesalers License Unique Reference Number XXAW00000117852.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use A G Caravela if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United Kingdom. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Contract
By virtue of the above Terms the Contract exists until we have received and accepted your order and we have received payment in full at the time of the purchase of the product/s through the Site. Acceptance of your order will be in communication to you by way of email once the order has been placed on the Site. The order will be deemed complete once we have accepted and shipped your order or is no longer in our warehouse.
You still have the right of cancellation (see Returns) once we have accepted your order.
We also have the right to change the terms without notice or prejudice to you in relation to future sales.
Registration
We are United Kingdom registered company, and the Site is subject to the United Kingdom law and regulations. It is illegal for you to falsify your registration details when submitting to register or purchasing any product/s on the Site. You may be required to register with the Site and you agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Age
You have to be 18 years or over to register or purchase any product/s on the Site. You must also be of legal age to register or purchase alcohol in the country you are in when you make the purchase or the country it is being shipped to. In the United Kingdom it is illegal to purchase alcoholic beverages for anyone below 18 years or purchasing for someone below 18 years of age.
When you place an order on the Site we will verify your age at the point of delivery or in some circumstances the Shipping operator may even have to aks for some additional identifications. However; when you place an order you agree that you or another person of 18 years or over will be available to sign for the order (also see Shipping and Delivery)
Product/s
All the products on the Site are for representation purposes with every effort to display the product/s accurately as possible with regards to the colours, features, specifications and labelling. However, we don’t guarantee that the colours, features, specifications and labelling of the products will be free of errors unless they are statutory binding. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee their availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product/s from time to time. We use an automated stock management system but if we have accepted an order and the product/s is not available in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for the sum of the purchase the product/s not available or alternatively we will make good of alternate product/s.
Prices
Prices of all products displayed on the Site will be shown at the time of the purchase of your order. Prices are inclusive of Duty and VAT as set out under the UK customs jurisdiction. However, an additional cost on shipping will have to paid by you at the time of the placing the order. This will also be displayed before you placing your order.
Shipping and Delivery
Your order will be shipped and delivered as per the address instructed by you at the time of purchase of the product/s on the Site. The delivery of your order will be carried out by third-party Shipping operators; we encourage you to choose the best options suitable to you and take no liability or guarantee of the delivery. We however regularly review the prices viz-a-viz the performances of the Shipping operators.
Your order may be delivered in advance and may sometime be delayed. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence. If there is a delay in delivery and/or you are not happy with the outcome, please contact us and we shall make good of our promise to you.
If a delivery cannot be made to the address requested for reasons beyond our control, we will inform you; however we expect you to be contacted initially by the shipping operator to provide alternative options or we will look at the same. If we are unable to deliver, then a full refund or re-credit including the delivery charges will be refunded to you.
However, if you deliberately fail to take delivery of the order including repeated or any/all options exhausted by the Shipping operator to deliver at your address then you shall not be due for any refunds or credits. You have until 01 days to contact the Shipping operator from the first attempt of delivery.
When you place an order you agree that you or another person of 18 years of age or over will be available to sign for the order (see Age). If are unable to deliver due to age conformity you will have to rearrange delivery or collect with the Shipping operator.
Cancelation or Return
You have the right to cancel the order or Contract at any time but before the end of 14 days of placing the order or 7 days after you receive the delivery of the order. Only applicable for if you have changed your mind or unhappy with your unused /un-corked purchase, You must contact us in writing via our email contact info@agcaravela.co.uk and provide us with order details like the order number, date of purchase or any relevant information to confirm the order and transaction (telephone calls will be redirected to a written confirmation).
If you have received the order it will be your responsibility to return the product/s to us without any damage. You will first need to inform us in writing within 7days of delivery as we will need to provide you a returns advice so that our warehouse are aware of the return. The costs of shipping will be paid by you and upon receipt and confirmation at our warehouse we will refund or re-credit you any or all money excluding the costs of initial delivery or any damage/s to the order.
If you decide to cancel your order and inform us of your decision prior to delivery or during the initial attempts by the Shipping operator we will instruct the Shipping operator to return the order to our warehouses. However, costs of shipping and returns will be deducted before we refund or re-credit you the costs of the product/s. Costs of returns will include a flat-fee of £5 which includes returns shipping fees and other administration charges that we will have to bear at our warehouse.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms shall affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or other third-party claims that may arise out of or in connection with this agreement.
Nothing in this section or elsewhere in our Terms and Conditions affects your statutory legal rights.
Governing Law
All parties involved in the contract agree to initially resolve any disputes amicably.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to United Kingdom Law and the courts of England will have sole jurisdiction in respect to any dispute arising from the Contract.
